Registration does not include a room—book it on the LODGING page

The excursion to Big Sur will soon be full and when that happens, there will be a standby list, that will cost $100.00 if a spot comes up.  If that happens, registration fees for just the events at Asilomar will be reduced.

Conference registration fee includes attendance for all four days, food at the Jazz Lounge which will also have live music and drinks. Parking, and admission to the State Park. Travel by bus to and from the HMML with visit to Log Cabin at Nepenthe.

 $300.00 for regular attendees, who stay at Asilomar and booked their room through this site.* 

(3 meals a day are part of lodging fee if you book through this web site)

 $500.00 for those who stay off campus or did not book their room at Asilomar through our web site.*  

(Meals are not included with this registration)

If a registered attendee has a guest who is not going to all of the presentations, they can buy access to the Jazz Lounge at the link below for $50.00. 

Student discount is for full time students who have an ID from their school.

Registration will close on 10-12-25.

*A $100.00 handling fee will be made on cancellations.
